CTA Rail Car Converted into Mobile Garden
This car circled Chicago’s elevated downtown loop for five hours last weekend, along with several additional cars decorated with numerous art installations. It was part of this year’s Art on Track festival. Snakes on a plane? GARDEN ON A TRAIN.
